Excellent Stay with Minor Hiccup
warm welcome clean room fountain views
The breakfast offered many options, and the team at Anise gave a warm welcome. The check-in process was smooth with Joy, who was very lively at the front desk. The room had all details perfected, and it was very clean. I appreciated the pool and enjoyed fountain views.
The service declined from previous visits. I found the room service substandard. An elevator was non-functional for days. Customers had to wait up to half an hour to use the elevator. The restaurant food and service was not as good as expected.

The front desk staff addressed me by name, recalling preferences. The warm, personal touch added to a relaxing stay. Lucy, Calvin, and Rakan took great care of me. I really will be back.

The hotel has direct access to Festival City, facilitating shopping and entertainment. It made things easy with family. My daughter particularly loved the pool. She wants to return when the new pool opens

the canal view from my room was excellent. skindiar, tonnin, and joseph kept the pool area safe.. they enforced the hotel rules very professionally. the poolside staff did a great job.
the room lightening system was dysfunctional. i reported this multiple times to the reception. i did not receive an upgrade, even though many rooms were available..

excessive noise poor warning
the breakfast was good with plenty of choices for everyone.
i HAD issues with noise at night. my room faced the shopping complex and it was TOO loud with music and lights. it was hard to sleep and nobody warned me about the possibility of this noise.
